April 25, 2017 – Jackson, WI – Kettle Moraine Lutheran hosted the Washington County Invitational Track Meet on Tuesday. Participating schools included Germantown, Hartford Union, Kewaskum, Living Word, Slinger, West Bend East, and West Bend West.
Bram Miller once again dominated the throwing events. The KML senior placed first in both shot put and discus, setting school records in the process.
In the shot put, Miller took first place by nearly 5 feet and upped his own school record to 56’ 1.5 inches.
For the discus, he smashed the former KML record of 160’ 11”, a mark that stood for 8 years, with a throw of 167’ 3 inches.
The boys 4×200 meter relay also took first place with a time of 1:35.53. Joseph Raasch took the 300 meter hurdles with a personal best 41.57.
The Chargers have a week before their next meet, competing in the East Central Conference Relays at home next Tuesday.
