Nov. 14, 2018 – Washington Co., WI – This week the State Department of Public Instruction released results from 2017-18 report card and in Washington County two schools significantly exceeded expectations. Click HERE to see test results.
Report card ratings range from five stars, denoting schools and districts that significantly exceed expectations, to one star for those that fail to meet expectations. In Washington County the Slinger School District and Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School achieved a five-star rating.
Scores are calculated in four priority areas: student achievement, school growth, closing gaps between student groups, and measures of postsecondary readiness, which includes graduation and attendance rates, third-grade English language arts achievement, and eighth-grade mathematics achievement.
