Former West Bend City Administrator T.J. Justice was in Waukesha County court today where he entered a ‘Not guilty plea’ to a pair of felony charges of Child Enticement and Soliciting a Child for Prostitution in connection with an April 21 incident in Muskego.

Justice’s next hearing is set for July 11, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. before Judge Lloyd Carter.

Justice’s home in West Bend is for sale and the court changed his residence to read,  ‘Thomas M Justice Current: 6071 St. Regis Dr., Cincinnati, OH 45236 United States (Effective: 06-12-2016) Prior: 1716 Columbia Place, West Bend, WI

Upon conviction Justice faces up to $200,000 in fines or imprisoned not more than 50 years or both.

Wisconsin circuit court shows Justice has retained criminal defense attorney Steve Kohn of Milwaukee.

According to court documents in April the judge determined “Justice could access the internet for a work search. He’s still not to have any contact with the minor victim nor her mother.  Justice also can have no contact with juvenile females under the age of 18 in person or by text. Justice is allowed non collect calls.”

Justice is currently out on bail.

On Friday, April 29 the mayor announced he accepted Justice’s resignation.
