July 15, 2022 – Washington County, WI – Look out, Janesville, there is a new hotel in town. American Construction Services will break ground for the new 90-room TRU by Hilton hotel in Janesville the week of July 25, 2022.
The new TRU hotel will bring much-needed hotel rooms for area residents, vacationers, and business travelers alike.
Janesville is nicknamed “Wisconsin’s Park Place” 1 due to the meandering trails through
the gorgeous city landscape, including Wisconsin’s Ice Age Trail. American
Architectural Group has worked diligently to ensure timely plans, renderings, and
municipality approvals for the hotel project to begin.

American Construction Services is estimated to complete the new TRU hotel in
Janesville by the end of October 2023. This hotel will mark the 16th hotel project that
American Companies and Kinseth Hospitality Companies have partnered together on.
Both companies are very excited to bring a new place for people to rest their heads in
another great Wisconsin city.
