The Jackson Historical Society Raspberry Festival will be held Sunday, September 11, from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. at the Jackson Historical Society Museum Grounds, 1860 Mill Road in the Town of Jackson.
Come to an old-fashioned family ice cream social with Amish-made raspberry pie, Honey Acres ice cream, hot dogs, brats, lemonade and bottled water available for purchase.
Vendors will offer honey and fresh produce. Music will be provided all afternoon. Tour the historic church museum and log house on the grounds. The one-room schoolhouse will be open with a teacher to conduct class like it was in the late 1800’s. Take part in the silent auction from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. located inside the museum. There will be many excellent values up for bid. New this year are broom making, spinning wheel demo, crosscut sawing and operation of a ham radio.
All proceeds and donations will contribute to the continued success of the Jackson
Historical Society.
