Washington County, WI – Clerks across Washington County officially mailed absentee ballots for the November 8, 2022, General Election.
The first day to vote absentee in person will be Tuesday, October 25.
You will need to present ID to receive an absentee ballot. If you are not already registered to vote at your current address, you may register to vote, with proof of residence, at any absentee voting location through Friday, November 4.
All voters should bring identification to the polls on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Polls open from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Voting an absentee ballot in person in the Town of Hartford, WI
You may also request and vote an absentee ballot in the clerk’s office or other specified location during the days and hours specified for casting an absentee ballot in person.

Monday: October 31, 2022 from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
Wednesdays: October 26 and November 2 2022 from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
The first day to vote an absentee ballot in the clerk’s office is: Wednesday October 26, 2022 from 2 P.M. to 6 P.M.
The last day to vote an absentee ballot in the clerk’s office is: Wednesday November 2, 2022 from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
No in-person absentee voting may occur on the day before the election.
The municipal clerk will deliver voted ballots returned on or before Election Day to the proper polling place or counting location before the polls close on Tuesday November 8, 2022. Any ballots received after the polls close will not be counted.
