May 4, 2017 – Horicon, WI – Horicon Bank has earned a spot on the list of top places to work in Wisconsin for a fifth year in a row.
Each year the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel ranks Wisconsin employers based on results of an extensive survey process conducted by Workplace Dynamics, LLC.
The “Top Workplaces” list is determined based solely on employee feedback.
Horicon Bank President Fred F. Schwertfeger says Horicon Bank takes this feedback seriously. “The opinions of our associates matter,” said Schwertfeger. “Our mission is to show care not just outside our organization, but inside as well. That means opening up lines of communication across Horicon Bank.”
Schwertfeger calls the feedback valuable. “We want to strive to always be a great place to work,” he said. “Our associates are what make us a Top Workplace and their feedback is important. Having employees rate their workplace so highly is an honor.
“We strive to live up to our mission to be a caring workplace. It is rewarding to hear that our employees see Horicon Bank living out that mission.”
Horicon Bank received the award in the small-sized employer category.
Horicon Bank has been locally owned and operated for 120 years. The Bank has 15 offices in six counties and $600 million in assets.
