May 2, 2019 – West Bend, WI – Horicon Bank President Fred F. Schwertfeger announced the promotion of Mike Fleischman to Senior Vice President.
Having joined Horicon Bank in 2010, Fleischman brings more than 30 years of banking experience to his role as a commercial lender. He is also an active member of the West Bend community, serving as a volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters, West Bend Sunrise Rotary, West Bend Pathways Charter School and the West Bend Country Club.
In announcing the recent promotions, Schwertfeger expressed his compliments to Fleischman.
“Mike exhibits Horicon Bank’s mission of being a caring banker is his community,” said Schwertfeger. “We are pleased to recognize the capability, honesty and energy he brings to his role.”
Horicon Bank has 15 locations in 11 communities and has been serving West Bend for 20 years.
