“Our vision is ‘Together, Doing Good,’” explained Fred C. Schwertfeger, President of Horicon
Bank. “To do good for our customers, we want to be forward-thinking and innovative. By
embracing the latest technology, we believe we can deliver an excellent experience.”
Schwertfeger says that a high-tech branch does not come at the price of personalized service.

“It’s part of our culture to be accessible and responsive,” said Schwertfeger. “This is grounded by our core virtues that we care about our customers and their needs. The latest technology helps us do that.”

Horicon Bank hosted the Wauwatosa West Allis Chamber of Commerce and area businesses
for a ribbon-cutting event in October. A community “Week of Giving” is planned for December 4-8, 2023.

Horicon Bank is a full-service community bank with 24 locations in 19 communities and $1.5 billion in assets.
