Oct. 3, 2017 – West Bend, WI – There were a couple calls today about an incident, 900 S. Main Street, outside Maus Jewelers in West Bend. Police were seen with their guns drawn. Police said it was a false alarm.

400 Block S. Seventh Avenue
On Saturday, Sept. 30, 2017 at 10 p.m. a West Bend resident returned home and found a rear door to the home forced open and then discovered electronics and jewelry taken from throughout the residence. West Bend Investigators are continuing to investigate the incident. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the West Bend Police Department at 262-335-5000.
OWI/TRAFFIC COLLISION
1000 Block S. 7th Ave.
On Saturday September 30, 2017, at 4:00 PM, a 34-year-old West Bend female was driving her vehicle south on S. 7th Ave when she struck a parked vehicle. The female showed signs of intoxication and admitted to drinking alcohol from a bottle that was found in her car. The female failed the standardized field sobriety tests, blew a .013 in a PBT and was arrested for OWI.

On Sunday October 1, 2017, at 2:43 AM, a West Bend Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver, a 39-year-old West Bend male, showed signs of being intoxicated, failed the standardized field sobriety tests, blew a .166 in a PBT and was arrested for OWI.
OWI/POSSESSION OF COCAINE
W. Kilbourn Ave and Chestnut St.
On Tuesday October 3, 2017 at 1:16 AM, a citizen reported observing a vehicle being driven erratically. A West Bend Officer stopped the vehicle and the driver, a 21-year-old male, showed signs of being intoxicated, failed the standardized field sobriety tests, blew a .12 in a PBT and was arrested for OWI and Operating Without a Valid Driver’s License. The officer found the man had cocaine in his possession and the man was also arrested for Possession of Cocaine. A passenger, a 28-year-old female, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia for items she had on her.
