West Bend, WI – In an effort to recognize academic achievement, personal growth, and dedication to Christian values Holy Angels School in West Bend, WI highlights 3 students for the month of September 2024 – 6th Grade: Casyn Hagel, 7th Grade: Gabe Gardner, and 8th Grade: Gianna Reisweber.
6th Grade: Casyn Hagel
The junior high teachers have enjoyed getting to know Casyn. We find him to be a smart kid with a willingness to learn and participate in class. He gets along with others and is able to stay focused when doing partner or group work. He is flexible and deals with adversity with a good attitude. Casyn would like to be an NBA basketball player when he grows up, although his athletic dreams are on hold until he recovers from his football injury.
7th Grade: Gabe Gardner
Gabe might seem like just one of the guys, but he turns out to be more than just a good friend. Gabe works hard and is self-motivated. He definitely takes pride in excellence regardless of class or activity. He is willing to help out and serves the school as a patrol keeping kids safe as they walk home. Gabe’s strength of character will come into play if he achieves his goal of becoming a police officer.
8th Grade: Gianna Reisweber
The junior high teachers are blessed to have watched Gianna mature these past few years. The qualities of being organized and responsible as well as creative and fun are really on display this year. Gianna is a good student who is not afraid to participate in class discussions. She helps out by patrolling with the kindergarten in the mornings. Gianna enjoys a variety of activities including volleyball, forensics and crocheting. Her dream job would be a nail technician.
