Tire deflation devices were utilized, and the vehicle finally was induced to stop on State Highway 26 near County S just west of the City of Juneau.
The driver, Brian Paluch, 39, of Madison, was arrested for fleeing an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, a warrant, and a probation violation.
He was also issued numerous traffic citations. He was booked into the jail on the listed charges. As always, all persons are innocent until proven guilty in court.
This is one more example of an individual who put his own life, the lives of the motoring public, and the lives of law enforcement officers at risk.
The members of the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office will not tolerate such reckless regard for the law and human life. Individuals who make the decision to flee from law enforcement will always be held accountable in Dodge County.
He looks like such a friendly guy.
