May 1, 2017 – West Bend, WI – Badger Firefighters Association President Ron Naab presented Heroism Awards to Lt. Alan Hefter and MPO Kyle Demler this evening for their lifesaving efforts on September 16, 2016 when they saved an 18-year-old woman from the basement of her burning house.
