March 4, 2021 – Hartford, WI – Feel free to park on the streets overnight in the City of Hartford as the winter street parking restrictions are being lifted early.
According to City Administrator Steve Volkert the winter parking restrictions normally run December 1 – March 31 with no street parking from 3 a.m. – 6 a.m.
Volkert said because of the early Spring temps that restriction is now being lifted.
There is one qualifier, Volkert said if there is a late-season snow storm between now and March 31 he’s asking neighbors in Hartford to please park in their driveways and off the City streets so road crews can easily clean things up.
In the Village of Slinger the winter parking restrictions are slated to run through April 15.
The Village of Jackson and Village of Kewaskum have also pulled back on their winter parking restrictions.
In the City of West Bend winter street parking regulations are set to expire April 1, 2021.
