March 13, 2022 – Hartford, WI – Hartford Parks Department employee, Ben Forester, is operating the City’s stump grinder at Willowbrook Park, 774 E. Sumner Street.
The parks crew has many stumps throughout Hartford City parks that need to be taken out. Most are from ash trees that were cut down in recent years and a few other trees that were not ash but had been cut down due to age or hazardous conditions.
