July 13, 2024 –Hartford, WI – Beginning at 6:00 a.m. today, Saturday, July 13, 2024, the City of Hartford will upgrade its phone network system, resulting in a planned phone outage for approximately 4-8 hours.
The Police Department’s business line will be forwarded to Washington County dispatch services, or callers can call (262) 335-4411 for non-emergency issues, and the Hartford City Taxi line will be forwarded to a cell phone monitoring requests for rides.
Electric and Water Utility customers experiencing service issues or outages should call (886) 263-5481.
Please note: 911 WILL NOT BE AFFECTED
Phone service to buildings and departments will be restored gradually throughout the day.
