Governor orders flags to be flown half-staff today to honor state trooper

April 11, 2017 – Washington County, WI – The Governor of Wisconsin has ordered flags to fly at half-staff, April 11, 2017, as a mark of respect for Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper Anthony J. Borostowski.

“In accordance with this order, please ensure that the flag of the United States and the flag of the State of Wisconsin are flown at half-staff at all state facilities, beginning immediately today and ending at sunset on the day of interment. We will send a notification when flags should return to full-staff.

Executive Order #241 is now available online – or at http://dma.wi.gov/DMA (public affairs, flag-lowering orders).”
