Sept. 28, 2018 – Washington Co., WI – You may want to pull in your sensitive outdoor plants or cover them tonight because the National Weather Service Milwaukee/Sullivan has issued a Frost Advisory.
It covers Washington County and the rest of southeast Wisconsin including: Green Lake-Fond Du Lac-Sheboygan-Sauk-Columbia-Dodge-Washington- Iowa-Dane-Jefferson-Waukesha-Lafayette-Green-Rock-Walworth-Racine- Kenosha- Including the cities of Berlin, Princeton, Markesan, Fond Du Lac, Plymouth, Sheboygan Falls, Howards Grove, Oostburg, Baraboo, Reedsburg, Prairie Du Sac, Sauk City, Portage, Columbus, Lake Wisconsin, Lodi, Beaver Dam, Waupun, Mayville, West Bend, Germantown, Hartford, Dodgeville, Mineral Point, Barneveld, Madison, Watertown, Fort Atkinson, Jefferson, Waukesha, Brookfield, New Berlin, Menomonee Falls, Muskego, Darlington, Shullsburg, Benton, Belmont, Argyle, Blanchardville, Monroe, Brodhead, Janesville, Beloit, Whitewater, Delavan, Elkhorn, Lake Geneva, East Troy, Racine, and Kenosha
The Frost Advisory remains in effect from 3 a.m. – 8 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 29.
Temps are expected to drop to the low to mid 30s.
A Frost Advisory means that widespread frost is expected. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
