West Bend, Wi – Got peaches? Many have asked and we certainly didn’t have an answer. The farm we normally receive peaches from was hailed out this season. However, our supplier has secured another Michigan farm to work with. What is your favorite peach recipe? Cobbler? Canning? Salsa?
Witte’s Vegetable Market, 2313 County Hwy NN, West Bend, WI, will be starting its order form today and the first variety will be Coral Star.
They are Freestone and in the farmers opinion his best canning peach. Price will be $48 dollars for a 25-pound box. Peaches will arrive Wednesday.
Witte’s Vegetable Market will also have peaches for sale in the store for walk-ins and smaller batches.
