Washington County, WI – Neither rain, sleet, nor snow, nor the proverbial March lion will stop Dairy Queen stores from handing out free small vanilla soft serve cones or cups on Monday, March 20, 2023 – the first day of spring.
According to franchise owner Kevin Scheunemann, all three of his stores will be participating in the giveaway – West Bend, Jackson, and Kewaskum. The free ice cream comes without any hitches and will be served all day. No purchase is necessary.
