It is with a heavy heart to report Harold Hefter, the former chairman of the town of Addison, has died.
Hefter was also the former partner at St. Lawrence Garage.
Just last year Hefter was recognized by the Allenton Volunteer Fire Department. He received the Chief’s Recognition Award for his work helping fund area fire departments. Hefter worked closely with the Allenton Area Advancement Association.
Funeral arrangements will be posted shortly.
