Former City Administrator Faces Hearing Today

image001-3-240x300-1-240x275There will be a hearing today at 9:30 a.m. in Waukesha County Court for former West Bend City Administrator T.J. Justice who is facing a pair of felony charges in connection with an incident April 21 in Muskego. The Washington County Insider first reported this story on May 20, 2016. Justice has pleaded not guilty to a pair of charges of child enticement and soliciting a child for prostitution.
Justice will appear with attorney Steven Kohn before Judge Lloyd Carter in Waukesha County Circuit Court.
Upon conviction Justice faces up to $200,000 in fines or imprisoned not more than 50 years or both.
At the Monday, May 2, Common Council meeting, West Bend Mayor Kraig Sadownikow stated, ““We will not let any one person define who we are as a city and who we are as a community.”
