Final election results for Washington County Clerk

There was only one local race in Washington County in this Partisan Primary Election as Ashley Reichert, Braedy Helmbrecht and Aggie Pruner vyed to be the next county clerk.

With 100 percent of precincts reporting Reichert has secured the post. Final results are posted below.

Reichert formally declared her candidacy on May 3 on the steps of the Herb J. Tennies Government Center.

Reichert, a current employee of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, has been involved in county-level government for the last two years and said she intends to help continue the trend of positive reforms Washington County has made in recent years.
“The taxpayers of Washington County deserve a County Clerk worthy of following in the footsteps of our current
Clerk, Brenda Jaszewski,” said Reichert. “Someone who is committed to ensuring the sanctity of our precious right to vote and who can fulfill the statutory obligations this role requires.”

 

Ashley and her husband of 5 years, live in West Bend with their three kids, Braeden, Delaney, and Hudson. She and
her husband, a Bronze Star recipient and former Army Special Operations combat veteran, are active in the Stars
and Stripes Honor Flight program and attend Trinity Lutheran Church in Jackson where their children are also
enrolled.
