Family Fest is Saturday, September 9, 2023, at Still Waters Church in Jackson, WI

Jackson, WI – Family Fest is scheduled for Saturday, September 9, from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Still Waters Church in Jackson.

“We hope to reach out to folks in Washington County and beyond with food, fun, fellowship, and fundraising for a cause,” said spokesman Dean Matag. “This will be an outdoor event at our church, featuring live music from our own Still Waters Praise Team creating an awesome atmosphere, as people enjoy kid-friendly activities, like bouncy house, carnival games, and more.”

There will be “an amazing meal” as the parish and congregation want to make a difference in the community. Staff and the leadership team decided proceeds from this event (e.g. Meal Ticket Sales) will benefit struggling families of our community through Family Promise.

  • Come enjoy live music, food, fun for the kids (bouncy house, carnival games) and know that you’ll be making a difference. Proceeds from the event will benefit Family Promise of Washington County, allowing you to be a part of helping families who are experiencing homelessness achieve sustainable independence.
  • Food: Two kinds of rice from which to choose, beef kabobs or chicken, or pulled pork. For the kids, we will offer macaroni and cheese and hot dogs. Additionally, for all, baked beans, chips, dessert. A portion of Meal Ticket Sales will go to benefit Family Promise of Washington County.
  • Where? Still Waters Community United Methodist Church outdoor event, 3617 Scenic Rd., Jackson, WI 53037
  • Purchase meal tickets via website, Connection Card, or table in our lobby, or by calling the church office at 262-677-1311. Tickets purchased prior to the event are $15 for adults, $8 for kids, or at the event, $18 for adults (13 years old and older), $10 for kids (ages 5-12; kids 0-4 eat free). Just by eating delicious food you’ll be benefitting a great cause – Family Promise of Washington County.

Tickets will be sent to you via email or mail or you can pick them up at the Church Office.

The event is open to the public.
