It appears to be an electrical upgrade at Highway 45 and County Highway H east just south of Kewaskum. Crews have been working the past few days and Kewaskum Village administrator Matt Heiser said a “private power company is doing some work on their own utility.”
The Village marked its utilities last week Friday. Heiser believed the work was being done as part of maintenance.
