August 16, 2018 – Allenton, WI – This Sunday, Aug.19, at the annual Allenton Picnic in Veterans Park the Trinity Community Center will hold a collection of non-perishable food items for the Community Food Pantry.
This will collection will take place in the park following the Allenton parade.
The Food Pantry is open on the third Wednesday of every month from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Trinity Community Center, located in the old Town of Herman School, N6409 County Road P, south of WI-33.
The American Legion Post 483 and Allenton Volunteer Fire Department, sponsors of the Allenton Annual Picnic, have agreed that this Sunday, everyone that brings a donation of non-perishable food will receive a $1 discount coupon to be used at the picnic.
