West Bend, WI – Eleven sisters who are part of D11SC Deco Mesh Wreaths, will be displaying their decorative wreaths on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at the West Bend Farmers’ Market.
The story behind the sisters’ dates to 2013 when their mother, Sally, passed and the 11 sisters started meeting to craft and stay in touch.

“As a large family we were familiar with financial hardships, so in 2015 we formed a non-profit to sell our crafts and give back to the community,” said Mary Karius. “Our focus is on the working families with financial hardships.”
The sisters’ first giving campaign was Thanksgiving 2015 where it provided 11 meals to families that would have gone without. That year at Christmas they were able to do the same for 21 families.
During summer the sisters were able to distribute 66 backpacks filled with schools supplies to students who may have gone to school without the necessary supplies to succeed.
