June 27, 2024 – Dodge Co., WI – Shortly after 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2024, The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a car in the ditch on US Highway 151, south of State Highway 49, in the township of Chester.
Upon arrival, a single occupant was located in the car who was deceased. The driver was a 91-year-old man from Waupun, WI.
The crash and death remain under investigation by the sheriff’s office. Assisting at the scene and with the investigation were the Waupun Police Department, Waupun Fire Department, Lifestar EMS, the Dodge County Medical Examiner, and a Sheriff’s Chaplain.
