A variety of local businesses were flashing their wares at Tuesday’s Farmers’ Market in Allenton.
Renae from Biggie & Bubba’s had jams, salsa, chicken and turkey eggs.
Schwendi’s had a variety of veggies and herbs.
It was Wisconsin Meat Company’s first time at the market.
Chris and Alyssa were serving up cooked bratwurst with sauerkraut and Italian sausages with Marinara and peppers. (I can attest they were delicious).
Additionally they had frozen packages for sale.
I hope WI Meat Co will be back. Later in the year, additional farmers will join them.
The sign supplied for the market lists the time as Tuesday’s from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m., but Renae said they had been told to be there from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
