West Bend, WI – The West Bend Thunder Baseball Organization will hold a community cookout fundraiser April 23 and 24 at the little red shed on 15th Avenue and Highway 33 in West Bend, WI. This year’s brat fry will support the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight.
West Bend Thunder was established in 2010, but recently reorganized its Mission and Values to align better to the goals of the program. Teams are made up of 3rd grade through 7th grade level.
West Bend baseball has a history of success and is a premier youth baseball opportunity in West Bend.

Not only is the West Bend Thunder committed to a great baseball program, but also committed to the community. This brat fry is an opportunity for the boys on the team to grow core values: Commitment, Respect, Integrity, and Effort.
It is the hope of the team, the boys not only grow as strong baseball players, but also as strong members of our community.
The West Bend Thunder supports the Honor Flight’s ability to offer flights to as many veterans as possible. The first flight of the year is April 23. On April 24 the Thunder will have a Vietnam Veteran at the brat fry who went on the Honor Flight a few years ago.
The West Bend Thunder will be donating a minimum of 25% of funds raised to the SSHF.
There will be brats, burgers, beverages, and desserts available.
