June 30, 2021 – Washington Co., WI – Closing out the month of June with a strong thunderstorm that’s clobbering Kewaskum and some of the northern parts of the Washington County.

There are deep dark clouds to the south and north it’s pretty bright. Clouds are moving fast to the east.
The National Weather Service posted a special weather statement just after 8 p.m.
The storm includes winds up to 40 miles per hour and pea size hail is possible.
Sheboygan-Washington-Ozaukee- …A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT OZAUKEE…EASTERN WASHINGTON AND SOUTHWESTERN SHEBOYGAN COUNTIES… At 802 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Kewaskum, moving southeast at 25 mph.
Winds of 30 to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this storm. Locations impacted include… West Bend, Mequon, Grafton, Cedarburg, Port Washington, Jackson, Saukville, Kewaskum, Germantown, Fredonia, Newburg, Beechwood, Waubeka, Fillmore, Kirchhayn, Boltonville and Keowns. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
