The Kettle Moraine YMCA’s new 2016 Fall Program Guide has arrived in mailboxes across Washington County and neighbors interested in improving their fitness will want to check out Page 26 – 27 for details on the new Alloy Training Program.
The Kettle Moraine YMCA has teamed with Paradise Springs Fitness to provide a new program that gets results.
“It is something many of our members in the community are looking for,” said Shanna Leider, YMCA membership and marketing director. “Everyone is looking for quick results. Not saying this will get you quick results but if you stick to the program we’ve see the results come through.”
Leider said she’s “super excited” for the program
Kristina Chapman is the director of wellness strategies at the YMCA. She said this personal-training program will allow for higher-level results.
“We have a better initial assessment that looks at specific goals and limitations,” Chapman said. “We are the experts and we have better communication tools and from there it allows the group atmosphere to make it fun.”
Alloy is offered at all three branches of the KM YMCA along with partner location, Paradise Springs Fitness in West Bend.
A pair of racquetball courts at the KM YMCA in West Bend are being revamped and will serve as dedicated space for the Alloy program.
Neighbors interested in signing up for Alloy or looking for more information can stop at the Welcome Desk at the YMCA and sign up for a Healthy Living Appointment to get started.
For the month of August YMCA staff and a VIP group will train and test the system. http://www.washingtoncountyinsider.com will provide testimonials and videos to give you a better idea of what the program is about.
I have one 3-week VIP pass to give away. If you’re interested submit a comment of not more than 200 words about why you should be chosen to participate. Provide a direct contact email in the note.
The VIP session runs Monday, Aug. 15 – Friday, Sept. 2. Classes are held at the West Washington Street location and River Shores. Please only respond if you will definitely take advantage of the program. There’s no need to join the YMCA to take part in this specific 3-week Alloy VIP trial.

I am very interested in trying this out. I am currently training for my second half marathon in October and could REALLY use a program like this to help gain lean muscle, lose body fat, and just become a stronger person. I would love to see what this program could do to this mom body! 🙂
Abby – you’ve been selected to receive a VIP pass. Contact me and come pick it up. Judy 334-4526
I would love to win this program! I’m pretty young, but a year ago I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and had to have surgery very quickly after the diagnosis. I’ve had 4 cortisone shots in 8 months and gained 20 pounds! I need something to kick-start my weight-loss journey!
