October 3, 2020 – West Bend, WI – Officials from Chase Bank have responded regarding the temporary closure of the branch at 600 W. Paradise Drive in West Bend. On Thursday, October 1 a story on WashingtonCountyInsider.com noted many neighbors were trying to access the bank and they were met with a locked door and a sign about a “temporary closure.

The Chase Bank branch on Paradise Drive in West Bend is closed temporarily as a precaution. We regret the inconvenience and plan to re-open the branch on Thursday, October 8. In the meantime, we have branches in Germantown, Mequon and Brown Deer.
Other good things to know:
- We have stepped up our branch cleaning processes in all branches to help reduce the spread of germs and viruses.
- We’ve placed alcohol-based hand sanitizer at main entrances, transaction lines and reception areas.
- Customers can bank, invest, and make payments from wherever they are through the Mobile app or chase.com.
- In the mobile app customers can deposit check if they are unable to visit a branch or ATM.
- By visiting www.chase.com/stayconnected, customers can enroll in online banking, learn how to download the Mobile app and watch videos that explain how they can take advantage of all of the digital features available to our customers.
