The Leadership Academy program is designed to enhance the leadership skills of non-profit aging services leaders. Blaubach joins a diverse network of peers committed to aging services, dedicated to lifelong learning, and eager to stretch and leverage their unique leadership capacities to have the most impact as leaders.
The Leadership Academy focuses on developing leadership capacities and core competencies, empowering aging services professionals to become effective leaders by exploring their leadership gifts, expanding their comfort zone, broadening their perspectives, and learning through self-reflection.
The program provides a structured method for Fellows to apply new ideas, approaches, and strategic thinking that enable them to navigate and advance change more effectively and with greater impact.
