May 7, 2024 – West Bend, WI – Just after 10:33 a.m. Tuesday morning an 87-year-old West Bend, Wi, woman was attempting a parking maneuver in the 1600 block of Vogt Drive when she found herself accidentally crashing into an apartment building.
Police said the woman was not injured nor impaired. The woman will be submitted to the DMV for a driver status review.
Police said there will be no citations or criminal charges.
The apartment was not occupied at the time of the crash.
Building inspectors were on scene to make sure the rest of the building was ok for occupation.
