New t-ball diamond to be unveiled Tuesday in Jackson

JAckson

Jackson Area Youth Baseball Association (JAYBA) has built a new t-ball diamond at Jackson Town Hall.

“Our Board is very excited to bring this addition to our community,” said organizer Ron Limbach. “We look forward to seeing many years of young players and families enjoy their JAYBA experience even more.”

With the addition of this field, all of age groups will be able to play at the same location making it much more convenient for families that have multiple children in JAYBA.

With this additional diamond,  five diamonds have been built over the years at the Town Hall for boys and girls from JAYBA and J-Hawks select teams.

To celebrate the opening of this new field,  families are invited to spend some extra time at Jackson Town Hall to see the new diamond first hand on Picture Day, which is Tuesday, May 10.

The rain date for pictures and this event is Wed, May 11.

The concession stand will be open at 5:30 p.m.  Burgers, brats, and hot dogs will be available for purchase.

We would like to thank the families of JAYBA who contributed to years of fundraising to help make this happen.
