December 21, 2020 – Slinger, WI – Police in Slinger are investigating a break-in at Smiley’s C-Store, 104 Kettle Moraine Drive N, Slinger.
The Becker family owns the business. They said the incident happened at 1:45 a.m. on Monday, December 21, 2020.
There are few details available at this time. The Washington County Sheriff is also investigating.
Just last Wednesday, December 16 Bilda’s Friess Lake Pub, 4493 Hwy 167 in Hubertus was broken into. That incident happened at 5:13 a.m. The Washington County Sheriff is also investigating that incident.
There has been no confirmation the two incidents are linked in any fashion.
Nobody was injured in either incident.
