The 2021 Hartford Hawks were ranked 1st in the State in the Wisconsin Amateur Baseball Association Class B poll and 5th in the Class A poll. Hartford won the regular season Northern Division title in the Rock River League and then won the Rock River League Championship Tournament.
The West Bend 7 Up finished the season ranked 6th in the State in the Wisconsin Amateur Baseball Association Class B poll and 6th in the Class A poll. West Bend won the Northern Kettle Moraine Division, but lost in the quarterfinals of the Land O’ Lakes Championship Tournament.
The Kewaskum A’s finished 7th in the State in the Wisconsin Armature Baseball Association Class B poll and 4th in the Class A poll. Kewaskum finished 2nd in the Rock River Northern Division in the regular season, and lost in the quarterfinals of the Rock River League Championship Tournament.
