West Bend, WI – The Barton House, 1800 Barton Avenue, is turning heads as owner Eric Schairer works to provide the best dining experience in West Bend and Washington County, WI.
“I just want to take the time just to thank a lot of our customers who have stopped in and showed their support to not only myself but to the team,” said Schairer.
A lot has changed since the new establishment opened August 19 and Schairer has been garnering an excellent reputation with a strong following.
“We didn’t just want to create a restaurant; we’ve really been focusing on is creating economic development in the community,” he said.
Schairer has been supporting local events and organizations. “We can help grow the community and make it better,” Schairer said.
The Barton House has a dedicated following for its Wing Wednesday. “It’s a pound of
wings for $5,” Schairer said. “We’ve gotten a lot of community support with our menu
options. A lot of people like our wings so we created a special day for it.”
Other days of the week are also becoming fan favorites at The Barton House. “We’re going to have a Friday fish fry with walleye, cod and perch along with potato pancakes. On Saturday we will have prime rib with queen and king cuts, and we’ll have the typical bar-type food with burgers, chicken and wraps.”
The Barton House is also serving corned beef, Irish Nachos, smoked brisket and smoked ribs.
The Barton House is open Wednesday through Friday 3 p.m. – 10 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. There are plans to expand for lunch in the future.
