Panzer started his automotive career fresh out of high school. “I used to be service manager of dealerships, and then met Mike Hilzley,” he said.

Customers often referred to the pair as the “Craig and Mike show.”

Washington Street, in West Bend you will find Panzer at the front counter where he loves interacting with customers, checking them in, and ensuring their needs are met with care and precision. “I really like taking care of the customers, checking them in, and making sure everything’s done properly,” he said.
Behind the scenes Panzer works closely with technicians to assess vehicles, build estimates, and communicate recommendations with honesty and transparency. “We’re here to build relationships with our customers, keeping them informed and ensuring they receive the best service possible,” he said.
