Oct. 13, 2018 – Hartford, WI – On Oct. 15, the Hartford Planning Commission will review the site plan for Ridgedale Village Assisted Living, which would be located at 110 and 264 North Pike Lake Drive.
Plans to create a residential community on this property have been in the works since 2012. A new developer got involved in 2016, proposing a larger assisted living facility than previously planned; the project is finally at a point to move forward.
This 75-unit assisted living facility would also have a 36-unit memory care facility on the ground floor. The memory care units would have bathroom and bedroom areas, along with nurse stations, activity rooms, and dining areas. The assisted living units would have studio bedrooms up to two bedrooms with kitchens or kitchenettes, a dining room, multiple activity spaces, a general store, bistro, salon, and physical therapy room.
The planning staff recommends approval of the site plan, which will be discussed at Monday’s meeting at 4 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, Lower Level City Hall, 109 N. Main Street.
