West Bend, WI – This is the final day for MOWA’s annual Art & Chalk Fest, 205 Veterans Avenue, West Bend, WI, and everyone is hoping Mother Nature is a little kinder than yesterday.
Saturday was brilliant with large crowds, energetic artists, and family-friendly excitement.
Then a brief rain passed through, the crowd sheltered under tents but quickly the sun came out and while steamy everyone enjoyed the art.
After the fifth time that occurred MOWA called it a day with sights set on a better Sunday.
Come out today for this FREE outdoor arts festival that shines a spotlight on the state’s art and artists.
Art & Chalk Fest has something for everyone with a wide array of activities all weekend long. Make a day of it; stop for eats at Food Truck Alley, grab a cold one from our beer garden, relax with live music and entertainment.
Don’t forget the best of Wisconsin art including the exhibition, Weaving a Legacy: Ho-Chunk Black Ash Basketry.
