Obituary | Andrew “Andy” Thomas Janesch, 49, of Kewaskum

October 2, 2020 – Kewaskum, WI – Andrew “Andy” Thomas Janesch, 49, of Kewaskum, was called home to be with the Lord on September 28, 2020 at Froedtert Memorial Hospital in Wauwatosa surrounded by his loving family.

Andy was born on January 26, 1971 in Milwaukee, to Alan and Mary (Kunkel) Janesch.

He graduated from Kewaskum High School in 1990. Andy took pride in cooking. He loved to cook and spent many of his adult years cooking for numerous establishments in the area. Along with cooking, he enjoyed bowling, playing darts, hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. Andy lived life to its fullest every day, and was always willing to lend an ear and make people smile.

Those Andy leaves behind to cherish his memory include two brothers, Michael and Patrick (Christina) Janesch, both of Kewaskum; former spouse, Beth Richards, and son, Tyler (Stephanie Webster) Richards, both from West Bend. Further survived by 3 nieces, Samantha Janesch, from De Pere, and Melinda and Kimberly Janesch from Kewaskum; and other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Andrew was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Andy’s family will greet relatives and friends at Myrhum Patten Miller Kietzer Funeral Home (215 Forest Ave, Kewaskum, WI) on Saturday, October 17, 2020 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Family will also be hosting a Celebration of Life gathering for Andy at 4 p.m. at Candy’s Pub, 6936 County Road W, Allenton, WI.

Andy’s family extends their heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Froedtert Memorial Hospital, especially the staff working in both the Medical ICU and Cardiovascular ICU.  Their staff went above and beyond in caring for him, and were always willing to talk with his family.

Myrhum-Patten Funeral & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Andy’s arrangements.
