Charles Young, Commander of American Legion Post 36 will act as Master of Ceremonies.
A wreath-laying ceremony, rifle salute and taps will wrap up the event.
Various organizations and churches encourage this day be recognized as a day of service with an opportunity for the public to volunteer by giving back to the community.
Flags will fly at half-staff, and everyone is encouraged to fly their American flags.
“Now, more than ever, it is so critical for communities to come together to remember all those who served and honor their service and their family’s service especially those who volunteered during the War on Terror following the events of September 11, 2001,” said Wreaths Across America Executive Director Karen Worchester.
