West Bend, Wi – West Bend American Legion Post 36 in cooperation with the West Bend Memorial Library will again be sponsoring its annual Christmas Cards for Veterans Project.
Visitors to the library are encouraged to visit the library display, select a Christmas card and write a message to a veteran. The card is then placed in a box provided.
All cards will be distributed to veterans living in the West Bend area.
The project begins Monday, November 20 and ends Friday, December 15.
Any donated Christmas cards would be greatly appreciated and may be dropped off at the library.
