February 26, 2024 – West Bend, WI — American Construction Services is leading the construction of the Charter Senior Living facility in West Bend.
Significant progress is taking place with the foundation now complete and first-floor construction currently underway, a testament to American Construction Services’ commitment to quality and efficiency.

The project, which began in August of 2023, involves the construction of a 114-unit, 3-story senior living facility that American Architectural Group designed. The project is a partnership of American Companies, DMK Development, & Charter Senior Living and is estimated to be completed in early 2025.
The development is expected to revitalize the surrounding area and provide much-needed living space.
