May 2, 2018 – West Bend, WI – American Companies began work at the end of summer 2017 on the final phase of the South Main Center project, located at 1751-1769 S. Main Street in West Bend.
Once the final steps of landscaping and concrete are done, the project will be wrapped up.
This phase of the South Main Center project was a 7,200-square-foot addition. The first and most recent designs of this building were completed by American Architectural Group. The first phase was designed in 2008. Construction of phase one was completed by American Construction Services 2011.
ATI Physical Therapy, Cricket Wireless, and Firehouse Subs will be joining SportClips and Aspen Dental in the multi-tenant commercial building.
According to American Companies Vice President, Todd Weyker, “We worked on phase one of this project and it was nice to be able to come back and finalize the site.”
