West Bend, Wi — American Companies in partnership with North Town is nearing construction on two apartment buildings located at 3830 and 3820 Jolliet Trail in Sheboygan, WI. 
The North building ‘The Charlotte Apartments’ has 87 units & 4 floors and is slated to complete in November 2024, while the South building ‘The Adeline Apartments’ has 83 units and 3 floors is slated to complete in July 2024.
These apartment buildings totaling 279,231 square feet, neighbor the Sheboygan Home 2 Suites hotel that will also be complete in July.
Combined, this development will bring much needed housing and hospitality to the Town of Sheboygan.
