June 14, 2024 – West Bend, WI — American Construction Services is making strides with the construction of the 4-story 42,849-square-foot AVID Hotel at 9315 S. 13th Street in Oak Creek, WI.
Significant progress has been made, and the project is nearing completion.
All four floors have been framed, and the insulation and drywall are being installed.
This is the second AVID brand of hotel American Architectural Group and American Construction Services have added to their portfolio.
The project is another successful partnership of American Companies and Kinseth Hospitality Companies and is estimated to be completed in September of 2024
