February 24, 2025 – West Bend, Wi – West Bend West High School senior Kylee Altendorf was recently named the MaxPreps volleyball Player of the Year. She was the 27th ranked player in the state.
Altendorf achieved three career milestones of over 1,000 digs, 1,000 kills, and 1,000 service receive passes.
She is the only Spartan to have achieved this feat. Altendorf was named First Team All North Shore Conference, Prep Dig Player of the Week, AVCA All Region Team, WVCA All State Honorable Mention, WVCA All-Academic Individual Award, All Badger Region League 18 Elite Team and All Badger Region 18 Elite Best Attacker.
Altendorf will attend UW-Whitewater to play volleyball.
West Bend, WI – The National High School Coaches Association honors the nation’s finest 2024 student-athletes as High School Academic All-Americans representing 22 sports.
Kylee Altendorf, who has maintained a 4.0 grade point average, has been selected as one of the very best academic student-athletes in the country.

Altendorf is a three-year varsity member of the West Bend West volleyball team. She was a huge contributor to her team during the 2023 season with 338 kills, 331 digs, and 97% serving accuracy.
